You can walk-in at our venue and book your party on the spot with our party coordinator who will assist you by providing more information, and also ask you to fill out a birthday reservation form. The other option is to book your birthday party online.
Yes, there is a minimum deposit fee of $100 to reserve your party. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party.
Arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you and all your guests are checked in, and most importantly, have the signed waivers for each jumper. Then, our attendant will give you the stickers for each jumper (which specifies the start and end time of the session), then our attendant will provide you and your guests with grip socks that comes with the birthday package and the trampoline fun can begin. Usually we recommend a jumping time of one hour and then having food at your private party booth for the remaining one hour. Then, you and your guests will be called over the sound system come to the table food, cake and drinks. Or you can sequence your party according to your liking by informing us in advance.
We recommend jumping first and having food after because a full stomach and jumping are not an ideal combination.
Yes, birthday parents are required to stay at the party or at least a legal guardian to oversee the children. We recommend at least one adult per five children.
Yes, we have a designated party host who will do both the set up and clean up, and to ensure your party runs smoothly.
Our party packages are based on a 2 hour package for a minimum of 10 jumpers. Please find more information under “Birthday Parties”
We have a no outside food and drinks policy however, we have a snack bar with a dining area where you can purchase snacks and beverages. There will be a $75 charge for any food or drinks brought into the facility.
Our birthday party packages include colorful paper products, plastic forks and knives, centerpiece decoration for the Wallaroo and Kangaroo package, however, you can bring your own party supplies such as balloons, paper products, table covers, party favors etc. You can also bring your own candles, and presents of course! Our party host will be ready to set up the party booth according to your request.
The $100 deposit is non-refundable once your party has been reserved. In case the cancellation is due to an emergency, we can assist you by rescheduling your party on another date and time.
Natural disasters/weather: In case of a natural disaster or bad weather conditions that causes our facility to close on the day of your party, we will work together with you to re-schedule the party.
We would recommend booking your party at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
In cases where your child or some of your guests are gluten-intolerant, please inform our party coordinator and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, and also inform our party host.
